My brilliant grandfather. He was my hero, my inspiration to become the scientific genius I am. My grandfather dabbled in everything from space colonies to medical research to cloning to discovering ancient robots. He was truly the greatest scientific mind in the history of the world.

I'll never forgive GUN for taking everything from him.

My cousin. Though I never knew her, I know she was very special to my grandfather—which makes it all the more tragic that GUN took her life. I still take that very personally, and will overthrow the government that ordered this horrific crime against my family. With me in charge, nothing like this will ever happen again.

Ugh. Him. A so-called descendant of mine from roughly 200 years in the future—though he lacks my charm, wit, and fashion sense.

Eggman Nega likes to hide out in Blaze the Cat's dimension, though he did not originate there as he sometimes claims. We've teamed up and butted heads on several occasions. Don't believe anything this charlatan says! He may resemble me, but he doesn't hold a candle to my brilliance!

While I originally created Sage as a utilitarian AI to protect me on the Starfall Islands, she began to evolve beyond her programming—developing complex emotions I never initially designed for her.

But Sage wasn't the only one who changed. Over time, I noticed myself feeling differently about her as well. What started as a mere program has become my dear daughter, and the heir to the Eggman Empire!

The sons of Gerald Robotnik, and the fathers to myself and Maria, respectively. Like his father before him, dear old Dad was a scientific genius in his own right, and his brother was no slouch either! Of course, neither quite measured up to my grandfather's legacy, but then, who does? (Other than me, of course)
