Ah, Sonic CD! One of my most daring, ambitious, and stylish schemes of all... well, time! This scheme is a shimmering jewel in my vast resume of villainy. For on this occasion, I didn’t just set my sights on Earth; I set them on the stars. Enter Little Planet: a mysterious celestial body that appears over Never Lake once a year, capable of manipulating time itself through the power of the legendary Time Stones.

Naturally, I wasted no time in chaining Little Planet to the earth with my massive robotic tether, building my Eggman Empire across its many timelines: past, present, and future! My genius plan was simple: use the Time Stones to rewrite history and create a glorious future where I rule supreme!

Unfortunately, Sonic decided to butt in again, along with his newest tag-along, Amy Rose. But not to worry! My latest mechanical masterpiece, Metal Sonic, kidnapped her before he could even say "You're too slow!" Metal Sonic, my chrome-plated speed demon, was designed to match Sonic’s every move and put him in his place. If only Sonic hadn’t kept meddling with the timeline, fixing zones and destroying my Robot Transporters in the past...

See, by building up speed and hitting warp posts, Sonic could leap into the past or future, witnessing the evolution — or my domination — of each zone based on certain conditions. The game featured seven dazzling zones, each with four different time versions, and some of the best music ever burned into a CD-ROM. Depending on which region you're in, you'll either hear the quirky and upbeat Japanese/European soundtrack or the intense and mysterious American score. Either way... my themes are the best!

Despite my best efforts, Sonic managed to gather the Time Stones and ruin my paradise of mechanized wonder. He even humiliated Metal Sonic by besting him in a race! But mark my words, I’ll return to bend time to my will once again!
